Since all our items are special order and custom made merchandise all sales are final.If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 7 days of delivery in order for us to correct the situation. Custom made & personalized items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. Non-custom items may be exchanged for store credit only if the items have not been opened or damaged in any way. This credit can be used on any of our 15 websites. We will gladly reproduce any custom order if we made a mistake on our end. Returns & Exchanges must be approved prior to any merchandise being shipped back. Please contact customer service for an RMA before retuning merchandise.
